Job Title: HR Technology Operations
Location: Bangalore
Shift: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only
Experience Required: 2-8 years

Roles and Responsibilities:Advanced troubleshooting: workflow errors, rule conflicts, failed emails/alerts; correct configuration issues.
Data operations: run mass uploads; perform pre/post?load reconciliations; fix rejects.
Integration support: monitor interfaces (to Payroll/Benefits/IAM); triage failures, coordinate re?runs and corrections.
Change management: draft change requests, impact assessments; support UAT and release preparation.
Must have skills:Experience with Global (USA)
Proficiency in HRIS configuration & workflow troubleshooting (picklists, rules, business processes, email alerts).
Good to have:Exposure to API/integration monitoring (error logs, retries) and basic SQL/querying concepts.
Experience with automation (RPA/Power Automate/macros) and template standardization.
Experience Required:
3-5 years in HR technology operations/HRIS administration.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/IT.
