HR Technology Analyst

The HR Technology team manages the foundational system platforms, as well as the business processes, in place to support the employee life cycle. Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Technology, the HR Technology Analyst will support aspects of our HR Technology infrastructure, focusing specifically on the recruiting and talent modules within our Oracle HCM environment. In coordination with Omnicell\'s IT team and the larger HR Technology organization, this role will assist with delivering product enhancements, creating and configuring business workflows, assisting with change management and providing global end-users support for the platform. This role will primarily assist with configuration, design, and support for the HR Technology Platforms, specifically Oracle HCM Cloud- Recruiting and Talent Management modules for Omnicell.

Responsibilities

  • Gather detailed requirements and document business workflows for underlying processes for HR Technology platforms.
  • Configure system updates or work with other teams (internal IT or external vendors) to implement system enhancements, ensuring alignment with HR Technology roadmap.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, procedure guides and/or training materials for end users.
  • Assist in developing train-the-trainer approach for new administrators or new/changed business processes.
  • Coordinate or provide timely first level support for troubleshooting all HR Tech-related support requests sent into HR Help Desk or the People Operations/HRIS team.
  • Effectively communicate the resolution of issues to employees and relay information in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Support quarterly system updates, test and make recommendations for enhancements.
  • Conduct routine system and HR audit activities, raising concerns to leadership and actioning accordingly.
  • Support SOX compliance efforts by ensuring process and data integrity as well as answering specific audit requests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge and Skills
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and, specifically Recruiting (ORC) and Talent Management modules
  • Strong project, program, process management and organizational skills
  • Ability to recognize and recommend improvements
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and be detail oriented in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Highly effective self-starter
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and confidentiality
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of HR Technology Analyst experience or related business analyst role
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with workforce data & analytics platforms (Oracle HCM Cloud OTBI, Tableau, HCM Analytics)
  • Experience with incident management application (ServiceNow, HR Helpdesk, Jira)
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of HR business processes and operations
  • Outstanding consultative, critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills with ability to build effective partnerships across the organization
  • Ability to work autonomously and assume ownership for achieving collective goals
  • Ability to understand and gauge impact for complex dependencies across multiple apps and workflows across an organization
  • Experience with implementing systems, developing end-to-end business processes, documenting requirements and creating quick start guides for end users
  • Intense desire for constant learning and process improvement
