Job Description

We are hiring for our Client position of Technical Talent Acquisition specialist in manufacturing sources, screens, and hires specialized engineering, production, and technical staff (e.g., automation engineers, CNC technicians). Key duties include partnering with hiring managers to define requirements, building talent pipelines, and managing the full recruitment cycle, often handling 10+ active roles while strengthening employer branding. Key Responsibilities:

Technical Sourcing & Recruitment:

Identify and attract specialized talent for roles like maintenance technicians, manufacturing engineers, and production supervisors using LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.

Hiring Manager Partnership:

Collaborate with engineering and operations managers to define technical requirements, create detailed job descriptions, and calibrate candidate qualifications.

Full-Cycle Talent Management:

Manage the entire hiring process, including sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and facilitating technical assessments to ensure high-quality, efficient hires.

Strategic Talent Pipeline:

Build proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles to meet future manufacturing demand and reduce time-to-fill.

Market & Compensation Analysis:

Provide insights on industry salary trends, competitor activity, and talent availability to guide hiring decisions.

Candidate Experience & Branding:

Act as the primary contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience while promoting the company as an employer of choice in the manufacturing sector.

Data Management & Compliance:

Maintain accurate, real-time data within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring laws.

Time-to-fill, quality of hire, and turnover rates.

Experience:

Previous experience in technical manufacturing recruiting is highly preferred.

Pay: ?55,000.00 - ?58,000.00 per month
