Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and assess technical candidates for IT roles (like Software Engineers, QA Testers, DevOps Engineers, Data Analysts, and more).
Ability to evaluate IT candidate resumes and assess skill in alignment with job requirements.
Conduct preliminary technical screening interviews to gauge candidate proficiency.
Coordinate and schedule technical assessments and panel interviews.
Manage full-cycle recruitment process: from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Build a pipeline of qualified tech candidates through sourcing tools, like LinkedIn, networking, job portals, and tech communities.
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activity and generate regular reports.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field
(e.g., B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science/IT, B.Sc in Computer Science, BCA, or equivalent) --
Mandatory
Minimum 0.6 Months of experience in technical recruitment or IT hiring
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
