Platform Ownership & Administration
Own Darwin Box as an enterprise HRMS platform and manage it end to end
Configure and maintain system modules, workflows, approval hierarchies, roles, and access controls
Ensure optimal system performance, stability, security, and availability
Continuously identify and implement system improvements to enhance usability and efficiency
HR Process Enablement & Adoption
Partner closely with HR teams to support daily HR operations on Darwin Box
Drive effective adoption of Darwin Box across HR processes by:
Leveraging existing platform capabilities
Exploring and enabling additional features and modules within the product
Ensure system configurations align with HR policies, processes, and compliance needs
Act as a trusted advisor to HR on best practices for using Darwin Box
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary liaison with the DarwinBox vendor for:
System enhancements and feature requests
Issue resolution and defect management
Version upgrades and patch releases
Product roadmap discussions and alignment
Coordinate testing, deployment, and communication for system changes and upgrades
Change Management, Governance & Compliance
Manage change requests, impact analysis, and deployment of new configurations or features
Maintain comprehensive system documentation, SOPs, and configuration records
Ensure high standards of data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
Support audit requirements by ensuring system controls, logs, and documentation are in place
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
Reporting, Analytics & Integrations
Support HR and management reporting, dashboards, and analytics requirements
Manage standard and custom reports within DarwinBox
Support and coordinate integrations between DarwinBox and other enterprise systems (e.g., payroll, finance, ERP, BI tools)
Work with internal IT and external vendors to ensure seamless data flow and integration reliability
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a bridge between HR and IT to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and system usage
Work with business users to understand requirements, resolve issues, and deliver system enhancements
Ensure the platform remains scalable, well-governed, and future-ready as the organization grows

SAP / HRMIS know-how is a must
Excellent PC skills with high proficiency in MS office, especially Excel
