The Human Resources (HR) Team plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of all operations by managing people, communication, and coordination across departments. The team acts as the backbone of TEDxRambaug by building, supporting, and sustaining an efficient workforce throughout the event journey.
1.
Recruitment & Selection
Prepare job descriptions for various volunteer and team positions (e.g., videography, content writing, graphics, logistics).
Conduct screening, interviews, and final selection of candidates.
Maintain and update a detailed recruitment tracker and database of all members.
2.
Onboarding & Orientation
Conduct onboarding sessions to introduce new members to the TEDx culture, vision, and event goals.
Brief all team members on their roles, communication channels, and standard protocols.
3.
Communication & Coordination
Serve as the link between the Core Team and other departments to ensure clarity and alignment.
Facilitate inter-departmental communication for smooth collaboration.
Schedule regular update meetings and circulate important notices or follow-ups.
