Role Overview:
Rinwera Designs is seeking a proactive
HR Team Member
to support day-to-day human resources functions across our Santacruz and Bhiwandi units. The role involves handling recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, and ensuring smooth HR operations. A key responsibility will be addressing and resolving employee-related issues with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Handle onboarding, inductions, and basic training programs
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
Support payroll processing and compliance requirements
Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues fairly and promptly
Foster employee engagement through regular communication and activities
Coordinate HR operations across Santacruz, with
some working days at Bhiwandi
as required
Assist in performance reviews and HR reporting
Requirements:
2-4 years of HR experience (garment manufacturing preferred)
Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, or related field
Strong understanding of HR processes (recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee relations)
Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle sensitive matters
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation
Flexibility to occasionally work from the Bhiwandi unit
