About part time job/internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with the HR team to understand their recruitment needs and job requirements
2. Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings
3. Source potential candidates through various channels, such as online job portals, social media
4. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for the interview
5. Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers
6. Participate in conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and providing feedback to the hiring team
7. Coordinate orientation sessions to introduce new hires to the company\'s culture, policies, and procedures
8. Lead and supervise a team of interns, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks and projects
9. Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
10. Collaborate in the performance evaluation process, providing inputs and feedback on employee performance
