Recruitment & Client Management
Lead end-to-end recruitment for permanent, contract, and temporary staffing requirements
Handle bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and project-based manpower deployments
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and ensure SLA adherence
Understand client workforce needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies
Team Leadership & Performance
Lead, mentor, and motivate recruiters
Allocate targets, monitor daily/weekly performance, and ensure productivity
Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and performance appraisals
Provide training and guidance on sourcing strategies, interviewing, and closures
Process Improvement & Reporting
Develop and optimize recruitment processes and HR workflows
Track and analyse recruitment metrics (TAT, closures, attrition, fulfilment ratio)
Prepare MIS reports for management and clients
Implement best practices to improve efficiency and candidate experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
