Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing direction, training, and support.
Oversee the execution of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle escalated HR issues and provide solutions to complex employee relations matters.
Collaborate with senior HR leaders to implement HR strategies and initiatives.
Monitor team performance and productivity, ensuring KPIs are met.
Maintain employee records and HR reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and best practices.
