Supervise and support HR officers, assistants, and coordinators in their daily tasks.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of core HR services (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, etc.).
Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems.
Monitor key HR metrics and generate regular reports for senior management.
Coordinate with department heads to understand HR needs and provide proactive support.
Support recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including interviews and onboarding.
Address employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and other HR-related issues.
Conduct or assist with training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance reviews.
Ensure legal compliance with all labor and employment laws and regulations.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
Handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
Act as a role model for the HR team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus).
3+ years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Strong knowledge of HR functions and employment laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
