We are looking for a driven and experienced Team Leader - HR Recruiter to manage and lead our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, team leadership, and client coordination. Experience in overseas hiring will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets Oversee end-to-end recruitment for various roles and industries Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies Guide and mentor junior recruiters to improve performance Coordinate with clients for job requirements, feedback, and closures Maintain detailed reports and trackers of recruitment activities Utilize platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, and Shine for sourcing Ensure quality, speed, and consistency in hiring processes Stay updated with recruitment tools, trends, and best practices Prior experience in overseas recruitment will be an advantage

Requirements:

4-6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1-2 years in a team-leading role Strong experience in team handling and performance management Proficiency with major job portals and sourcing tools Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple mandates and client interactions Experience in overseas recruitment preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?50,000.00 per month
