Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
Coordinate and assist in new employee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Provide guidance and support on workplace issues, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
Promote a positive company culture and address employee satisfaction issues proactively.
Performance Management:
Assist in the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely completion of reviews.
Support managers in setting clear performance goals and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Provide coaching to employees and managers to improve performance and productivity.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate relevant training programs.
Track employee development progress and help build a pipeline for future talent.

HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, benefits, and personal data.
Foster a culture of continuo
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Candidate Qualification :
Age Limit 24 to 35
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience in handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations.
Strong knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, training & development, payroll, and compliance.
Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
