Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Strategy Development

Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals dedicated to blue-collar recruitment within the NGO sector. Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the unique needs of non-profit organizations, focusing on field-based and community-driven roles. Collaborate with senior management to align recruitment goals with the organization's mission and objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement & NGO Partnerships

Establish and maintain strong relationships with NGOs, community organizations, and local leaders to facilitate effective recruitment processes. Serve as the primary point of contact for NGO partners, ensuring clear communication and understanding of recruitment needs. Coordinate with NGOs to organize recruitment drives, workshops, and community outreach programs.

Recruitment & Onboarding

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for blue-collar positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including orientation sessions and integration into the organization's culture. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports to senior management.

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and organizational policies. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to recruitment and onboarding. Address any challenges or issues that arise during the recruitment process, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on blue-collar recruitment, preferably within the NGO sector. Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements in India. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proven leadership abilities and experience managing HR teams. Willingness to travel extensively across India for field recruitment activities.
