What You'll Do

Own end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level call centre roles (QA, TL, AM & above).

Source, screen, and close the right talent on time.

Manage salary negotiations & offer rollouts with confidence.

Build strong talent pipelines for future needs.

Partner with leadership to meet ongoing manpower requirements.

Contribute to employee engagement initiatives that keep our culture vibrant.
