Team Lead - Insurance

Location: Indore (MP)

Experience Required: 4-5+ years

Are you an experienced insurance professional ready to take on a leadership role? We are looking for a Team Lead with a strong background in the insurance industry, preferably with hands-on experience at Insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of insurance executives.

Drive team performance to achieve sales and business targets.

Support team members with training, guidance, and performance feedback.

Ensure compliance with company processes and regulatory guidelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.

Monitor daily operations and maintain productivity standards.

What We're Looking For:

4-5+ years of experience in the Insurance domain.

Prior experience in Insurance is highly preferred.

Strong experience in team handling and people management.

Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving monthly goals.
