Experience Required

: Minimum 2+ years in HR with a focus on recruitment, employee engagement, or organizational culture

Key Purpose

We're looking for a passionate HR professional to strengthen our hiring and company culture by driving recruitment, onboarding, and key culture-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews

Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs

Build a proactive talent pipeline via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus hiring

Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of open positions

Drive employer branding activities

Design and lead a smooth onboarding process

Implement and sustain culture aligned with company values

Support employee engagement, culture programs, and feedback surveys

Maintain dashboards for hiring and engagement metrics

Key Skills Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sourcing and negotiation capabilities

Hands-on experience with hiring platforms, ATS, and HRMS tools

Understanding of startup work culture

Creative thinker for engagement and branding strategies

Preferred Qualification

Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration
