TA Specialist
REPORTING STRUCTURE: Reports to State HR Manager
QUALIFICATION: MBA/Graduate in Human Resources or related field.
EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years of experience in a core Talent Acquisition role, preferably from BFSI/NBFC
or similar high-volume recruitment environments
Strong understanding of HR and recruitment processes

o Effective use of sourcing techniques including job portals, headhunting, social media, and referrals o
Strong analytical and assessment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

JOB ROLE: TA Specialist
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:o Ability to design and implement recruitment strategies
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills

Proficiency in using ATS and HRMS systems is an advantage

Identify and recruit manpower for all roles as per planned requirements across functions

Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing methods

Screen, shortlist, and conduct preliminary assessments of candidates based on role specifications

Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding

Design and maintain manpower requirement trackers and dashboards

Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms including portals, newspapers, and campus

outreach
Conduct interviews using structured techniques and tools to assess skills, competencies, and cultural fit

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure adherence to timelines

Design and implement end-to-end recruiting strategies aligned with business goals

Update and maintain job descriptions and job specifications regularly

Perform job analysis to understand key skills and requirements for each role

Deliver manpower needs within defined deadlines and agreed SLAs

Monitor and adopt best practices in recruitment, ensuring a superior candidate experience

Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment status, pipeline health, and hiring metrics

Act as a candidate relationship manager, building strong engagement during the selection process

* Support smooth onboarding and integration of new hires into the organization
