Key Responsibilities
Assist in identifying candidates using traditional and AI-assisted sourcing methods
Conduct resume screening and basic assessments
Maintain structured candidate databases and talent pool trackers
Support the HR team with coordination, follow-ups & interview scheduling
Experiment with AI tools for sourcing, filtering & engaging with candidates
Follow structured HR processes and contribute to workflow improvements
Ideal Candidate
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR processes
Curious about
AI-driven recruitment tools
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Self-driven, eager to learn, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
