HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our team. We're looking for someone with exceptional skills in identifying and recruiting top professionals, while also supporting our growing HR operations. Key Responsibilities:
Source, identify, and attract top IT talent through job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and other innovative channels.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit for both technical and non-technical roles.
Manage the complete hiring lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs.
Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and initial integration into the team.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace matters.
Coordinate with benefits providers and manage enrollments, claims, and employee communications.
Handle exit formalities and conduct exit interviews to gather valuable feedback.
Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive work culture.
Participate in HR projects, policy development, and process improvement initiatives.
Negotiate offers effectively and close candidates while maintaining strong relationships.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
1-4 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and HR functions.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring quality talent.
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.
Knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
Strong organizational and time management abilities with great attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR/recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, HRMS, etc.).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in IT services or technology sector recruitment.
Familiarity with technical roles, skills, and industry terminology.
Experience with HR information systems and applicant tracking systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
