Role Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented
HR Recruiter
with strong experience in
end-to-end recruitment
to join our team. This role focuses purely on
talent acquisition
, with a mandate to
close positions within defined timelines
, manage
salary negotiations
, and handle
seamless onboarding
of selected candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for all open roles (tech and non-tech)
Work closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and role priorities
Proactively source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
Screen candidates effectively to ensure alignment with the job and culture fit
Close all assigned positions within the specified timelines
Handle
salary discussions and negotiations
with shortlisted candidates
Coordinate and ensure a smooth
onboarding process
for new hires
Maintain accurate recruitment reports and documentation
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of focused experience in recruitment
(agency or in-house)
Strong ability to
work with tight timelines and hiring targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in
salary negotiation and offer closure
Experience coordinating
onboarding processes
Proficient with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and others
Well-organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; HR certifications are a plus
