As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies across departments
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and define job roles
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and agencies
Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process
HR Operations & Strategy:
Oversee HR policies, procedures, and compliance in line with labor laws
Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation
Develop performance management systems and appraisal processes
Implement training and development initiatives to support employee growth
Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives
People Management:
Address employee grievances and manage conflict resolution
Monitor employee satisfaction and work on continuous improvement plans
Support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR and recruitment
Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and managing end-to-end hiring
Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus
