who will work remotely but be fully dedicated to one of our US-based clients. Although you will be employed through our company, your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on supporting the HR operations, recruitment, and workforce management needs of our client.
This role requires someone organized, proactive, and skilled in hiring for diverse roles across multiple countries such as the Philippines, India, and Latin America.
Key Responsibilities
:
Talent Acquisition & Hiring
Source, screen, and hire candidates for roles such as CSR (Customer Service Representatives), Proofers, Designers, Operations Staff, and additional remote roles.
Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting ? screening ? interviews ? selection.
Conduct structured interviews and competency-based evaluations.
Maintain recruitment pipelines and track candidate status.
HR Management
Maintain team member data, documentation, and onboarding workflows.
Handle access provisioning & deactivation for new/leaving team members.
Assist with company policy updates, documentation, and compliance.
Manage performance reviews and improvement plans.
Coordinate leave, attendance, and other workforce administrative work.
Serve as an unbiased HR representative between the client and staff.
Operational & Administrative
Handle requests for promotions or rate changes with proper documentation and justification.
Maintain regular reporting and communicate updates to the client.
Support remote team structure, culture, and operational improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition (remote experience preferred).
Strong skills in screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
Clear and professional English communication (written & spoken).
Experience hiring internationally (India/Philippines/LatAm preferred).
Highly organized, reliable, and able to maintain detailed documentation.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Tech-savvy: comfortable with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, ATS tools, and HR systems.
Work Schedule
US Business Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM CST (Mandatory)
Must be available for daily communication with the US client.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
