Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall talent acquisition strategy for hiring in India in alignment with business and growth objectives
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions including digital marketing, creative, technology, and support roles
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and provide effective hiring solutions
Develop and execute diverse sourcing strategies, including hands-on usage of recruitment portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and Internshala
Leverage strong networks with digital marketing colleges, training institutes, and agencies to support bulk and mass hiring requirements when needed
Build and maintain a strong and sustainable talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Drive timely hiring while maintaining quality, compliance, and process efficiency
Manage offer processes, negotiations, and coordination of pre-joining and onboarding activities
Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to support data-driven decision-making
Strengthen employer branding initiatives and contribute to recruitment marketing initiatives
Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and best practices
Requirements
Proven experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, preferably in digital marketing, agency, or fast-growing organizations
Hands-on expertise in using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and Internshala
Strong understanding of hiring for digital marketing, creative, technology, and support roles
Experience managing bulk and mass hiring requirements within defined timelines
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
Familiarity with ATS/HRMIS systems and recruitment reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience working with US-based or global companies while hiring for India operations
Established network with digital marketing colleges, training institutes, and recruitment agencies
Exposure to employer branding initiatives and campus hiring programs
Experience hiring across multiple levels, from entry-level to leadership roles
