Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment process--from job posting to onboarding
Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews
Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking sheets
Assist in daily follow-ups, feedback collection, and candidate engagement
Contribute to employer branding and outreach efforts on social platforms
Report performance metrics and collaborate on process improvements
Requisites:
Strong verbal & written communication in Hindi and English
High energy, confidence, and a proactive attitude
Professionalism, punctuality, and dedication to task completion
Serious intent to learn and perform in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment
