Roles & Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Support
Assist in sourcing candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus hiring
Screen resumes based on job requirements
Conduct
initial HR screening calls
Coordinate and schedule
interview rounds
Maintain
candidate trackers and recruitment MIS
Follow up with candidates for interview status and documentation
HR Operations Support
Assist in
onboarding documentation
and joining formalities
Maintain and update
employee records
Support HR in day-to-day administrative activities
