Manage the entire recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Source candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical rounds.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during the hiring process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-8 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent sourcing and networking skills using job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines efficiently.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office tools.
