Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



HR Generalist Operations:


Manage day-to-day HR activities, ensure compliance with policies, and be a point of contact for all employee matters.

Employee Engagement & Retention:


Drive meaningful engagement programs, feedback mechanisms, and initiatives to enhance team culture and morale.

Policy & Process Formulation:


Develop, document, and implement robust HR policies, SOPs, and HRMS workflows for smooth operations.

Payroll Management:


Oversee

internal payroll processing

(not client-side) - salary inputs, reimbursements, taxation, compliance (PF/ESIC), and audit checks.

Internal Hiring:


Manage internal talent acquisition for support and strategic roles. Collaborate with department heads to forecast and fulfill manpower requirements.

Compliance & Record Management:


Maintain employee records, statutory registers, and ensure adherence to labor laws and internal audits.

Ideal Candidate:



10+ years of HR experience in a

mid to large-sized company

, preferably in staffing, logistics, or manpower-driven industries. Strong grasp of

HRMS tools

,

payroll software

, and

labor laws

. Hands-on experience in

building processes

, team management, and handling escalations with maturity. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with senior leadership.

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?115,000.00 per month
