Roles & Responsibilities:
Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, and social media based on hiring needs.
Screen resumes and shortlist applicants as per the job criteria.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal teams.
Maintain accurate and updated recruitment records using Excel or ATS.
Communicate with candidates professionally regarding interview status, feedback, and next steps.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
Familiarity with Excel and job platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc., is an added advantage.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
