About the Role

Meon Technologies is conducting a

Walk-In Drive

for HR professionals with hands-on experience in

IT Talent Acquisition and HR Operations

.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for IT roles Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc. Screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and managing offer closures. Employee onboarding and documentation Attendance, leave management, and HRMS support Day-to-day HR coordination and employee support

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum

1+ year of IT recruitment experience

(mandatory) Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
