We are seeking a results-driven HR Executive with a focus on talent acquisition to help scale our growing team. The candidate will manage sourcing, shortlisting, and coordination for hiring across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Conduct initial screening interviews and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate with department heads to understand job openings and requirements.
Maintain and update the recruitment tracker regularly.
Draft job descriptions and post job ads across platforms.
Handle onboarding process for new hires including documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or any relevant field.
Proven experience in recruiting IT/Non-IT positions.
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
