Job Title: HR Systems Administrator Pune (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities
HR Systems Ownership
Manage the full lifecycle of HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar)
Lead system upgrades, implementations, and integrations with IT and vendors
Configure workflows, security roles, and user access
Data Integrity & Reporting
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all HR platforms
Partner with HR Data Analysts to deliver reports and dashboards
Conduct regular audits and validations to maintain system integrity
Process Improvement & Automation
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR system usability
Act as the HR systems expert to troubleshoot and support global teams
Drive automation initiatives for efficiency and scalability
Stakeholder Collaboration
Serve as the link between HR and IT for system architecture alignment
Partner with Payroll, Finance, and Talent Acquisition on cross-functional workflows
Documentation & Training
Develop process documentation, training materials, and user guides
Train HR team members and stakeholders on updates and best practices Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years' experience in HRIS/HR systems administration in a global, fast-paced environment
Expertise with SaaS HR platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.)
Strong knowledge of HR processes (onboarding, payroll, benefits, talent management)
Experience in systems integrations, project management, and change management
Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for analytics and reporting
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
