Responsible for driving the Core HR agendas in the unit with the support of Division HR
Responsible for overall statutory compliances of the Unit (Statutory Compliances- ESIC/ PF/ PT/
Factories License) and General Administration of the Unit.
Responsible for handling any disputes between Workers/Staffs local bodies. Smooth Handling of any
disputes without any impact to Production
Overall Supervision of handling the Labour Welfare measures and execution in the Unit.
Responsible for Timely execution of Payroll administration through ZETA system without any delays or Error
Execute and Sustain Labour Welfare measures are one of the best practices in the Industry
Availability of manpower to enabling manufacturing unit to succeed in capacity utilization
