Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and documentation
Manage attendance, leave records, and support payroll inputs
Assist in onboarding and exit formalities for employees
Coordinate with internal departments for HR and administrative requirements
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and documentation
Support HR team with recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
Maintain HR MIS reports and trackers
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
Manage office administration tasks including vendor coordination and office supplies
Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
Assist with HR audits and compliance documentation
Key Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (HR/Administration preferred)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good organizational and documentation abilities
Ability to multitask and manage daily administrative activities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in HR/Admin role
Basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Familiarity with HR MIS and attendance systems
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
