Key Responsibilities:
Placement Coordination:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies and recruiters.
Arrange campus interviews, job fairs, and placement drives.
Coordinate with hiring partners and schedule interviews for students.
Student Support:
Counsel students on career options, interview preparation, and resume building.
Collect student resumes and maintain placement-ready profiles.
Share job openings and help students apply based on their skills and interest.
Company Tie-Ups:
Reach out to companies (locally and nationally) for tie-ups and recruitment opportunities.
Create a database of potential employers.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain placement records, offer letters, and post-placement feedback.
Prepare monthly placement reports for management.
Soft Skills & Grooming Sessions:
Organize communication training, mock interviews, and personality development sessions.
Alumni Coordination:
Build a network of alumni to support job referrals and industry contacts.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication (Tamil & English)
Good negotiation and coordination skills
Ability to handle student queries and resolve doubts
Basic knowledge of HR or recruitment process
MS Office, Excel, and email writing skills
