Key Responsibilities
:
Accounts & Finance
:
Manage site accounts, budgeting, and petty cash with proper documentation.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly expense reports for submission to HO.
Handle bill verifications, vouchers, and payment follow-ups.
Stores & Inventory
:
Oversee material receipt, issue, and stock records.
Maintain proper documentation for all inventory transactions.
Coordinate with procurement/HO for timely material availability.
HR & Admin
:
Maintain attendance, wage, and labour compliance records.
Assist in manpower deployment and HR-related site coordination.
Ensure implementation of company policies at site level.
Liaison & Communication
:
Act as the key site-level contact for all instructions from
Head Office
.
Provide regular updates to HO on financial, HR, and procurement matters.
Ensure smooth and accountable administrative functioning of the site.
Candidate Profile
:
Any Graduate
with minimum
5 years of relevant experience
in
construction site HR, accounts, and stores
.
Good knowledge of
MS Excel
& OFFICE, basic accounting, and inventory systems.
Strong communication skills in
Hindi and English
.
Should be proactive, organized, and capable of independently managing site operations.
