Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including ESI and PF filing and audits.
Administer payroll processes with accuracy and confidentiality to ensure timely salary disbursements.
Coordinate the recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and onboarding new hires.
Lead training sessions and development programs aimed at enhancing staff skills and performance.
Facilitate and resolve employee relations issues through effective communication and problem-solving.
Implement employer branding initiatives to attract high-caliber candidates and enhance reputation.
Analyze HR data to recommend improvements in policies, procedures, and workplace culture.
