The Executive - HR Statutory & Legal Compliance will be responsible for managing all statutory, legal, and payroll compliance activities within the organization. This includes adherence to all labour laws, timely statutory payments, employee attendance management, salary processing, and TDS compliance. The role ensures that HR operations are fully aligned with applicable legal and organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Statutory & Legal Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws, including the
Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, PF, ESI, and Contract Labour Act.
Prepare, maintain, and submit statutory registers, returns, and records.
Handle all
PF, ESI, Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)
, and related filings on time.
Liaise with consultants, auditors, and government departments during inspections and audits.
Keep track of all statutory licenses, renewals, and certificates.
Stay updated with the latest amendments in labour and tax laws, advising management accordingly.
2. Payroll, TDS & Compensation Management:
Assist in
monthly payroll processing
ensuring accuracy in salary computation.
