We are seeking a
highly experienced HR professional
with
proven, hands-on experience in applying for a UK Sponsorship Licence
. This role is essential in supporting our international hiring strategy and ensuring ongoing compliance with UKVI regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply for and manage UK Sponsorship Licences
-- previous successful applications are
mandatory
Serve as a
Level 1 or 2 user
on the UKVI Sponsorship Management System (SMS)
Maintain and update sponsorship records in full compliance with UK Home Office guidelines
Advise management on
right-to-work
, visa processes, and employee reporting obligations
Handle all employee compliance documentation, including onboarding, contracts, and exits
Liaise with UK-based immigration consultants, solicitors, and regulatory bodies
Provide general HR support as needed, especially in recruitment and employee relations
Essential Requirements:
Must have previous, direct experience in successfully applying for a UK Sponsorship Licence
Familiarity with the
UKVI Sponsorship Management System (SMS)
Strong understanding of
UK immigration and employment law
Excellent organisational, communication, and documentation skills
High level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive data
HR or legal qualification preferred (e.g. CIPD or relevant diploma)
Desirable:
Knowledge of or experience in
PPE, workwear, or wellbeing-related industries
Experience managing remote or cross-border teams
