Job role -

1. Onboarding- (Documentation, Ecode Generation)

2. HR induction

3. BGV initiation

4. Solving compliance issues and grievances handling- Coordination with Central Hr Team

5. Data management-Regarding HR process

6. Attendance- Daily attendance maintain + review

7. Payroll (regular, reversal, incentive, supplementary, FNF settlement)

8. Planning & Execute Employee engagement activities

9. Exit formalities
