Job Overview

Avodha EduTech is looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic

HR Specialist Tutor & COA

to train students in core Human Resource Management concepts. The role involves delivering engaging online classes and equipping students with practical, industry-relevant HR skills.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct online HR classes (live and/or recorded) Teach core HR topics including: Recruitment & Selection Payroll Management Labour Laws & Compliance Performance Management HR Operations Prepare lesson plans, study materials, presentations, and assignments Guide and mentor students to improve their practical understanding of HR functions Manage class schedules and ensure smooth online learning sessions Assess student performance and provide regular feedback and support Assist in coordinating academic and training-related activities (COA responsibilities)
Requirements

Strong knowledge of Human Resource Management and HR operations Ability to confidently handle online training sessions Good communication and presentation skills Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student development Prior teaching experience or industry experience in HR will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹9,342.29 - ₹30,034.77 per month
