We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
HR Specialist
to manage and support core human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Support payroll coordination and attendance management
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
Manage employee relations and address HR-related queries
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment (preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
