Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Staffing
Handle end-to-end
recruitment
of teaching and non-teaching staff
Manage hiring through
Indeed, Instagram, Facebook, and other job portals
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate selection processes
Maintain employee records and appointment documentation
HR Operations
Manage
attendance, leave records, and staff data
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR-related documents
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
Coordinate with management on staffing requirements
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for staff regarding HR policies
Handle employee queries, concerns, and grievances professionally
Promote a positive and disciplined work environment
Support performance review and feedback processes
Compliance & Administration
Ensure compliance with
school policies and labor laws
Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Assist in payroll coordination and salary-related documentation
Support audits and HR reporting when required
Required Qualifications:
Graduate / Post Graduate
(MBA in HR preferred)
Diploma or certification in
Human Resource Management
is an advantage
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of recruitment processes
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency in
MS Excel, Word, and HR software
Professional attitude, integrity, and confidentiality
Experience:
Freshers may apply
1-3 years of HR experience preferred (school/institute experience is a plus)
