Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate employee data records.
Support recruitment activities by coordinating job postings, applicant tracking, and data entry within Salesforce and other HR management tools.
Assist in onboarding processes, including preparing documentation and facilitating new hire orientation programmes.
Oversee social media management related to employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
Provide administrative support by preparing reports, maintaining personnel files, and handling correspondence related to human resources functions.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with employment laws and organisational policies.
Facilitate communication between management and staff to promote a positive work environment.
Skills
Strong administrative experience with excellent data entry skills.
Effective communication skills for liaising with employees at all levels.
Familiarity with Salesforce and social media management tools for recruitment marketing purposes.
Knowledge of human resources best practices and employment legislation.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
