Handle end-to-end recruitment -- sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
Manage onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction processes.
Attendance & Leave Management:
Maintain accurate attendance records through HRMS or Excel tracking.
Manage leave applications, approvals, and monthly reconciliation.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure a positive work environment.
Administration & IT Support Coordination:
Oversee office administration including stationery, petty cash, and vendor management.
Coordinate with IT teams for employee system access, email setup, and hardware support.
HR Operations:
Maintain employee database and HR records.
Support payroll inputs, exit formalities, and compliance requirements.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with HRMS tools or Excel
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office and coordination with cross-functional teams
Mature and handle issues
