Employee Relations
: Address employee inquiries, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive work environment through effective communication and support.
Benefits Administration
: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Compliance
: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies; maintain accurate employee records.
Training & Development
: Coordinate training programs and support employee development initiatives.
HR Reporting
: Prepare and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover rates and recruitment progress, to support strategic decision-making.
Policy Implementation
: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Payroll Support
: Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in HR or a related role.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Preferred Skills
:
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and payroll software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
