Role Overview

We're looking for an HR Specialist to handle

recruitment, payroll, ESI & PF, and day-to-day HR operations

for both our

field technicians

and

IT staff

.

What You'll Do

Recruit and onboard technicians, support staff, and IT team members. Process monthly payroll and manage

ESI & PF contributions and filings

. Keep accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Indian labor laws. Support performance reviews and arrange training for staff and service partners. Address employee questions and help create a positive work environment. Update HR policies and suggest ways to improve processes.

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of HR experience

(recruitment, payroll, or HR operations). Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Knowledge of

ESI, PF, and basic labor laws

. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using HR software and MS Office/Google Workspace.
