JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a growth-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process and oversee essential administrative functions. This role is the "engine" of our HR department, ensuring we attract top talent while maintaining impeccable employee records and compliance. The ideal candidate will balance candidate engagement with operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles. Maintain and update the HRIS database to ensure all employee information is accurate and current. Coordinate and schedule all interview stages between candidates and internal hiring managers. Handle the end-to-end onboarding process, including drafting offer letters and preparing new-hire documentation. Organize and lead new-hire orientation sessions and company culture integration programs. Monitor and record employee attendance, leave requests, and overtime for payroll processing. Manage the physical and digital filing systems of all personnel records and legal contracts. Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits. Assist in the termination and offboarding process, including exit interviews and asset recovery. Manage regular HR analytics reports and dashboard Support the development and distribution of internal communications and employee handbooks. Plan and execute employee engagement programmes and office events.
