- 1 to 5 years of experience in HR domain
- Extensive knowledge in On-boarding process, Employee Orientation, Policies
- Experience in Talent Acquisition
- Knowledge of Indian Job portals like Naukri.com, monster.com, etc.
- Experience with Social platforms like Linkedin, Indeed, etc.
- Comfortable working in Night/US Shift (07:00 PM IST to 04:00 AM IST)
- US Staffing experience is highly desired
- Pick & Drop Cab services
- Meal/Dinner will be provided by the Company
- Medical benefits
