Job Profile -

Understand the client's requirement and work accordingly.

Must have exp. in Job Posting, Screening, Searching, and filtering at multiple paid & free Job portals. Also good on Social media platforms.

Screening and shortlisting right candidates by regular calling & mailing. Also, using social media for a better response.

Line up the shortlisted candidates and follow up for the Interview process.

After getting selection follow-up for the documentation and joining.

Regular coordination with selected candidates after joining is also.

Also coordinate with clients and follow up as directed by the Director.

Report daily activity to the Director

Candidates should be from Delhi/Noida/Faridabad locations only.

Managerial Skill Required -

Must be a team player and able to build team and handle them

Good listener, learner, and creative mind

Able to hire for any profile for any industry

Willing to work Day & Night to achieve the Goal

Also have good experience in Client dealing
